Luxe Level Aesthetics — Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and ask that you extend the same courtesy to our team and other clients. Please review our policy before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 20% of the scheduled service and may be required to place a deposit to book future appointments. Late Arrivals We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, appointments may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. Shortened appointments will be charged at the full service rate. Deposits Certain services and packages require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice. Deposits will be applied toward your service when proper notice is given.
